At Ibrahim Collections, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products to our valued customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you under the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

⚠️ Note: Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Products purchased during clearance offers

  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if product is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process

4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
  • Exchange requests must follow the same conditions as returns

6. Shipping Responsibility

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Ibrahim Collections will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility
